Tendulkar's Women is a workshop staging of a collection of monologues and scenes for women from the work of Vijay Tendulkar. The piece is an examination of gender, politics and power in the modern Indian theatre. The company will perform just over an hour's worth of material from such Tendulkar classics as Silence! The Court is in Session, Kamala and Sakharam Binder. Keeping with Tendulkar tradition, the all-female company will perform both male and female roles.
