"BARRIERS" STAGED READING AT THE INDOCENTER
MAY 2ND, 2002

This evening was organized as a preview for the stage production of a full-length play, "Barriers," a family drama dealing with the WTC tragedy and the loss and prejudices that arose from it. Darrow Carson directed actors such as Sunil Malhotra ("American Desi", "Where's the Party Yaar") and Ismail Bashey ("Law and Order", "Wings of Hope"), and Deepa Purohit ("The Sopranos"). Other talented artists involved were Ji Un Choi, Matt McIver, Neil Shah, Catherine Jhung and Karam Puri.
